Max Gold
After studying commerce and earning his LL.B. at the University of Alberta, Max was called to the Alberta bar in 1982. Max's practice area includes creditor's remedies, debt realization, landlord/tenant litigation and condominium property claims.
Max served as an Ad Hoc Commissioner (Magistrate) in Traffic Court from 1991 to 2008. He was a member of the British Columbia Law Society from 1997 to 2010 and sat on the Enforcement of Judgments Committee for the Alberta Rules of Court Project culminating in the new 2010 Rules of Court. Max was a sessional instructor at Grant MacEwan and NAIT for many years and has been a guest speaker at various schools and seminars. Away from the office, he enjoys running, biking, cooking, good food, red wine and clever conversation.
