John S. Little, Partner

A former managing partner at Witten LLP, John is a commercial solicitor whose practice emphasizes real estate transactions, leasing, business transactions, and acquisitions. He was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1987 after earning his B.A. (1979), Ed. Admin. Dip. (1982), M.B.A. (1985), LL.B. (1986), and LL.M. (1994) at the University of Alberta. In 2003, he earned his Financial Management Advisor designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.

John has also lectured as a sessional with the University of Alberta’s Faculty of Business.
