Applications are being accepted for an office clerk to join our busy Office Clerk team. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, excellent multi-tasking abilities, and be able to work in a fast paced professional environment. Duties include relief reception, greeting office visitors, sending and receiving deliveries, sorting, posting and picking up outgoing mail, closing files, data entry, taking inventory, ordering supplies, kitchen duties, and law library updating. The office clerk will also provide clerical support as necessary (filing, photocopying, scanning/electronic organization of documents, etc.). This entry level office support position requiring a high degree of accuracy, energy, and a pleasant “get it done” attitude. Previous reception and general office services experience is an asset, as well as familiarity with Word 2010.
