Legal Assistant - Litigation and Commercial apply now

Applications are being accepted for a legal assistant with experience in both litigation and solicitor practices. Responsibilities include preparing documents and correspondence relating to the litigation process, including pleadings, briefs, and document production, as well as preparing financing documents and correspondence involved in corporate/commercial transactions, including leasing, purchase/sales and lending.  Other tasks include communicating with clients and other service providers, monitoring and maintaining file progress, and all day-to-day administrative tasks including billing, opening/closing files, filing, file organization, etc. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, organized, detailed and accurate.
