Paralegal - Conveyancing apply now

Applications are being accepted for a Conveyancing Paralegal with experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will receive instructions and complete start to closing residential purchase and sale transactions, including work in condominium and builder projects, refinancing, and final reporting.  Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are required as well as the ability to work independently within a busy Conveyancing Department. Experience in LDD and Unity programs is an asset, as well as familiarity with Office 365 and iManage.
