Applications are being accepted for an experienced Litigation Assistant to work in the areas of debt recovery, employment, commercial, and contract litigation. The successful candidate will work collaboratively and independently in managing the lawyer’s busy litigation practice. Experience in foreclosure litigation is an asset. Responsibilities include drafting and revising documents and correspondence, dictation transcription, monitoring and maintaining file progress, and all day-to-day administrative tasks including billing and physical and digital file organization. The successful candidate must also be a self-starter, organized, detail and accuracy oriented with the ability and desire to work independently as a key role in the lawyer's practice.  Experience in Office 365 is essential and familiarity with iManage is also an asset.
