Applications are being accepted for a Commercial Lending Paralegal with a minimum of two years’ experience in general corporate/commercial and/or commercial lending practices.

Responsibilities include:

Reviewing lender’s commitment letters
Conducting the required due diligence searches (for example, Tax, PPR, LTO searches)
Preparing draft security documents and reporting letters to clients
Preparing draft trust letters
Reviewing executed security documents and other reporting requirements for deficiencies
Communicating with clients and external counsel
Diarizing files for follow-up and ensuring that trust conditions and other post-funding matters are satisfied

Skills and Abilities:

Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong Office 365 experience is essential
Experience in iManage is an asset
