Jonathan Calvert, a dedicated corporate and commercial solicitor, focuses on commercial real estate and financing. Jon regularly navigates the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and sale of various real estate projects, including commercial, industrial, retail, and condominium and apartment buildings. His clientele is as diverse as his experience, ranging from individual entrepreneurs, corporations, financial institutions, partnerships and joint ventures.
An active member of the Canadian Bar Association, Jon contributes to the Business Law and Commercial Property & Leasing subsections.
Beyond his professional commitments, Jon is an avid sports enthusiast. He coaches, skis, mountain bikes and runs (often at his wife’s insistence and to keep up with his energetic children). He enjoys discussing his skiing and mountain biking adventures, though he’s less enthusiastic about discussing running. Traveling is another of Jon’s interests, offering him opportunities to explore new places and cultures.
