Jaime R. Sorokin

Jaime Sorokin is an associate in Witten’s corporate/commercial group. Her practice focuses on commercial real estate, leasing, and lending.

Jaime advises clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, property development, leasing, and financing. She has experience preparing purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and related documentation. Jaime also works with developers on the development, sale and leasing of office, retail, industrial, and residential properties, including mixed-use projects.

Jaime is actively involved in the community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Camp BB Riback and is an active member of Edmonton’s Jewish community.

Before joining Witten, Jaime articled at a law firm in Toronto and practised at a boutique firm in Vancouver.

Outside of the office, Jaime is an avid traveller, a passionate skier and licensed ski racing coach, and she enjoys baking.
