Richard C. Nguyen

Richard Nguyen joined Witten LLP in September 2025 as an Articling Student. Prior to earning his combined Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the University of Alberta in 2025, Richard completed a Bachelor of Commerce (with Distinction) focused on supply chain management.

During law school, Richard gained valuable experience working as a Legal Student at Alberta Blue Cross and at the Workers’ Compensation Board of Alberta. He also volunteered with several organizations, including the Canadian Civil Liberties Education Trust, the University of Alberta Students’ Union, and Student Legal Services. In his final year, he provided legal assistance to low-income clients as a clinical student at the Edmonton Community Legal Centre. These roles have equipped him with a strong foundation for his articling year.

Outside the office, Richard enjoys volunteering in the community, exploring local eateries, and spending time with his young family.
