Patrick represents and advises clients on business law, including the purchase and sale of businesses and real estate, commercial agreements, employment matters, and privacy law.  Patrick’s expertise includes securing commercial lending on behalf of First Nations, First Nation-owned businesses, and financial institutions.  Patrick also represents First Nations and First Nation-owned businesses in negotiating agreements in the resource and alternative energy sectors. 

Patrick’s experience includes litigation matters at all levels of Court in Alberta and representing clients faced with cyber-attacks and data breaches.

Patrick completed his B.A. (Honors) in Economics at the University of Alberta in 2007 with first class standing and then earned an M.A. in Economics (2008) and a J.D. in Law (2011) at Queen’s University.  Patrick was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 2012.  Outside of work, Patrick enjoys team sports, backcountry travel, and volunteering in the Edmonton community.
