Spencer Marks
is a condominium lawyer who provides strategic guidance to condominium corporations, boards of directors, property managers, and unit owners on a wide range of legal and governance matters, including bylaw enforcement, collections, and dispute resolution. He regularly assists clients with implementing practical and cost-effective legal solutions tailored to the operational needs of their condominium communities.

Spencer also maintains a broad litigation and dispute resolution practice. He advises clients in areas such as commercial lease enforcement, contract disputes, shareholder conflicts, debt recovery, HOA collections, construction law, judgment enforcement, estate litigation, employment law, privacy matters, and real estate litigation. Outside of the office, Spencer enjoys spending time outdoors and cherishes time with his wife and their three young children.
