David B. Margolus, Q.C.
Until his retirement, David was a senior solicitor with a practice focuses in commercial, business, real estate, and corporate law. He earned his B.A. (1971) and his LL.B (1974) at the University of Alberta and was admitted to the Alberta bar in 1975. He was appointed to Queen's Counsel in 1993. David has been selected by his peers to be included in several editions of The Best Lawyers in Canada in the area of real estate law.
David served as a director on the boards of a number of public and private corporations. His board experience and designation as ICD.D by the Institute of Corporate Directors has resulted in David focusing his professional interests on corporate governance.
