Jonathon maintains a general litigation practice. He is a graduate of the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. While in law school, Jonathon served as the Vice President Academic. In addition, he was awarded the Al Shumiatcher Memorial Prize in Advocacy and the Gordon Wright QC Memorial Award for his achievements in the moot court program. Jonathon won the Peter Cory Prize for best factum at the 2015 Gale Cup. In 2016, he won the Sopinka Cup national trial advocacy competition.
Jonathon previously worked with a small office specializing in personal injury litigation. He has appeared at all levels of Court in Alberta and has experience conducting mediations and Judicial Dispute Resolutions. He was called to the bar in Alberta in 2017.
Originally from Ontario, Jonathon is proud to call Edmonton his home and has even made room in his heart for the Oilers.
